The Role We are looking for an NPI / Mould Tooling Design Engineer to bridge the gap between product design and manufacturing. While the position sits within New Product Introduction (NPI), the primary focus is the design and development of composite mould tooling and workholding solutions for composite manufacturing, together with supporting new products through industrialisation phases (eg testing, documentation,gateway readiness) into production.
