Finance Manager \60-65K + discretionary bonus \nHybrid, 2 days WFH \They are looking for an experienced and fully-qualified (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) Finance Manager to join their London team. \n\n About the Finance Manager Role: \nThis is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, pro-active finance professional who is looking for the next step in their career. This is a hands-on role, and will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, as well as helping to build a robust financial infrastructure to support continued business growth. Own the end-to-end accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close \n\t Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all paperwork is audit-ready \n\t Own credit control and debtor collections \n\t Support with budgeting, financial planning and forecasting \n\t Produce financial narratives and analysis for leadership teams \n\t Oversee and improve automated finance workflows, such as AI-assisted bookkeeping and expense management \n\t Liaise with banks, accountants, auditors and advisors on compliance and statutory administration \n\t Previous experience in a finance or accounting role \n\t Accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is essential \n\t Strong spreadsheet and financial modelling skills \n\t Experience improving processes, and building structure is highly desirable \n\t Experience with Xero, or similar financial tools is highly desirable \n\t Competitive salary, plus discretionary bonus and excellent benefits \n\t Hybrid, 2 days WFH per week \n\t n\n If you are a proactive finance professional looking for your next opportunity, apply today!
