Level 3 Nursery Assistant - Daily Supply WorkLocation: Southwark & Surrounding Areas, South East LondonStart Date: ASAPPay: £14.22 per hour

Veritas Education is currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistants to work on a flexible daily supply basis across a range of welcoming and supportive nurseries in Southwark and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified early years professionals looking for flexible work while making a positive impact in nursery settings. Whether you are looking for full-time supply work or a few days each week, we can offer regular opportunities to suit your availability.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will support children aged 0-5 within busy nursery environments, helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing space where children can learn, play, and develop confidently through the EYFS framework.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent - essential
• Previous experience working within nurseries or EYFS settings
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• A caring, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities
• Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes and outdoor play
• Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and communication development
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
