We are currently recruiting for an additional Technical Support Engineer to deliver exceptional technical and customer Support across our windows and doors portfolio, acting as a key technical expert. This role provides guidance and practical solutions to both internal teams and external customers, supporting all aspects of product manufacture, installation, performance, maintenance, and remediation. Working closely with colleagues across Technical, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Customer Services functions, you will help identify, investigate, and resolve product and installation-related issues, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction are maintained. WHAT OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS DO: Provide technical support and expert advice to fabricators, installers, end users, and internal stakeholders regarding the manufacture, installation, operation, and maintenance of Eurocell products Conduct customer site visits to investigate technical issues, product concerns, installation defects, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and recommending appropriate remedial actions Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently and professionally Provide technical guidance and product knowledge training where required to customers and colleagues Maintain accurate records of inspections, investigations, remedial actions, and customer interactions WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS: Experience within the fenestration, windows, doors, glazing, or building products industry Strong technical understanding of window and door manufacturing, installation practices, and product performance Proven ability to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels Strong report-writing, problem-solving, and analytical skills Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high levels of service and quality Working knowledge of relevant industry standards, building regulations, and compliance requirements Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer and site locations, with the need for nights out as and when to suit the business WHAT WE OFFER OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS: You will be rewarded with a very competitive basic salary 25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays - normally 33 days in total each year Free Healthcare plan for all employees Enhanced Maternity and Paternity benefit Free Life Assurance Plan of 3x your Annual Salary Christmas shutdown Option to join the Eurocell Share Save Scheme at discounted rates, and share in our company success Company Pension Plan Employee discount on Eurocell products Discounts across many well-known online and high street retailers A blend of training, including e-learning and on the job training to help your career development Care First Employee Assistance Programme, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for confidential support and advice, if and when you need it Colleague Referral Programme; we pay you for successfully referring people to join our team Excellent opportunities to grow with us, and progress your career
