is looking for a passionate and experienced

Nurture Teacher

to support children and young people who are experiencing

emotional barriers to attending school . This is a

flexible role , with hours tailored around the needs of the child and the successful candidate. Support may be delivered

within school settings or out of school , depending on the individual circumstances and needs of each child. You will work with children who may have a range of

SEND and complex needs , including: • Autism (ASD) • ADHD • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs • Anxiety and emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA) • Complex additional needs • Other barriers impacting school attendance and engagement We are looking for someone who can build

strong, trusting relationships

with children and provide a calm, nurturing and supportive learning environment that helps them re-engage with education. We are looking for someone who: Holds

QTS or QTLS Has experience working with children and young people with SEND Understands SEMH and emotionally based barriers to education Is patient, empathetic and nurturing Can adapt learning to meet individual needs Is confident supporting children with complex needs Is passionate about helping children achieve their potential Can work flexibly across school and community/out-of-school settings What the role offers: Flexible working hours The opportunity to support children on an individual basis Work within school or out-of-school settings depending on the child's needs A rewarding role helping children overcome barriers to education The opportunity to make a genuine difference to children and families Location:
