We are seeking 2 talented and motivated Chef de Parties to join our kitchen team at a site near Liverpool Street. This role is ideal for a passionate chef who thrives in a quality-focused, professional food service environment and values a great work/life balance.

What you'll be doing as a Hospitality Chef de Partie:

Comply with all client and company health & safety procedures, including food information regulations and food safety checks
Run a section of the kitchen to the required standards
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to agreed standards and portion specifications
Supervise and train commis chefs or kitchen assistants within your section
Ensure correct food recovery and storage to minimise waste
Assist with food ordering and stock control
Support the receipt and proper storage of deliveries
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen and work areas
Ensure the safe and correct use of kitchen machinery and equipment
Carry out other reasonable duties to support effective food service delivery
