This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance while ensuring the smooth operation of all building services.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a prestigious commercial building.

Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical building services faults.

Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Complete maintenance records, reports, and site documentation.

Work as part of a professional engineering team to maintain high service standards.

Requirements Right to work in the UK.

City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 in an Electrical discipline.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role is desirable.
