West London, Office-Based, Full-Time

£40,000-£50,000 p.a.

A well-established architecture practice is looking for an experienced Practice Administrator to support the smooth running of their west London office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact and be comfortable representing the practice with professionalism and confidence.

This is a varied role central to their team; responsibilities involve front-of-house, administration, team coordination, as well as some marketing and social media management.

Other duties include managing communications, coordinating meetings, travel and CPDs, supporting project administration and document control, and assisting with presentations, events and marketing activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone based in west London with 5+ years’ experience in office management, ideally within the architecture or built environment sectors.

Excellent organisation and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 are essential. Confidence with InDesign, Canva, WordPress or document management systems are highly beneficial.
