Senior Programme Manager - REACH Compliance Programme
Location: Lincoln (Teal Park)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 12 Months
Hours: 37.50 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
Rate: £30 - £40 per hour (Negotiable)
IR35: Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager / REACH Coordinator to lead a critical compliance and business continuity programme within a leading engineering and manufacturing environment.
Reporting to the Head of Environmental Health & Safety, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the REACH Compliance Programme, ensuring continued compliance with UK and EU REACH regulations relating to chemicals and metal coatings used across gas turbine products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the REACH Compliance Programme across the business.
Manage and coordinate the Reach programme regarding chemicals and metal coatings used on gas turbines.
Manage programme delivery, governance, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with UK, EU, and global REACH and EHS regulations.
Drive business continuity activities to mitigate risks associated with REACH sunset dates.
Coordinate materials compliance and tracking activities across product lines.
Engage with key stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and EHS functions.
Provide programme updates, risk management, and compliance reporting to senior leadership.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong background in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline.
Proven Programme/Project Management experience within manufacturing or engineering environments.
Extensive knowledge of REACH legislation and EHS regulations.
Experience managing compliance programmes involving chemicals, coatings, or regulated materials.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Experience as a REACH Coordinator, Compliance Manager, Regulatory Specialist, or similar.
Experience within gas turbines, power generation, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing sectors.
