Fire Alarm Project Manager

Fire Alarm Project Manager required. We are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager to join a leading main contractor, managing the delivery of fire alarm packages across multiple construction projects throughout London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in fire alarm systems who is comfortable overseeing several live projects at once, coordinating subcontractors, managing programme requirements and ensuring installations are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard. The Role As Fire Alarm Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and delivery of fire alarm works across a portfolio of London-based projects. * Managing multiple fire alarm projects/sites simultaneously. * Overseeing fire alarm subcontractors * Ensuring installations are delivered in line with programme, specification and relevant standards. * Coordinating with Project Managers, Site Managers, M&E teams, consultants and other trades. * Reviewing drawings, specifications, technical submissions and design information. * Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or technical issues. * Attending site and project meetings. * Ensuring all relevant documentation, certification and O&M information is completed. * Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality across all projects. The Candidate The successful candidate will ideally have: * Previous experience as a Fire Alarm Contracts Manager, Fire Alarm Project Manager or Senior Fire Alarm Project Manager. * Strong technical knowledge of commercial fire alarm systems. * Good understanding of relevant fire alarm regulations and British Standards * Strong subcontractor management skills. * Experience managing projects from installation through to final handover * Excellent organisational and communication skills.
