Our client a prestigious Italian seafood restaurant located within a 5* De Luxe Hotel in Charing Cross/White Hall is now looking for an experienced Bartender.

The restaurant offers elegant interiors and a unique dining experience serving exceptional seafood dishes coupled with an impeccable service.

The London operation is their latest opening with sister restaurants in Milan, Paris, St. Moritz, Porto Cervo and St Barth.

The ideal Bartender:

·Must have previous experience in a similar role, and in a quality operation

·The Bartendershould be a team player, be well organised, disciplined, and systems-driven

·Must have good communication and presentation skills
