About the role

An accountancy and business advisory firm, providing the advice and solutions entrepreneurial organisations need to navigate today’s changing world. We work with the companies that are Britain’s economic engine - ambitious, entrepreneurially-spirited and high‑growth businesses that fuel the economy - and directly advise the owners and management teams leading them. You'll be at the forefront of designing and curating content, sharing insight and promoting continuous learning. Collaboration: Work with L&D colleagues, technical and non-technical subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders in the stream to translate business objectives into effective learning interventions. Leadership and development opportunities: Work from anywhere in the UK with regular travel to our exciting London hub expected and other UK locations as needed. Support on-site programme delivery and engaged with L&D professional in the marketplace. Design and curate impactful learning solutions for the Audit curriculum, ensuring they meet learner needs and deliver business outcomes. Review of content written by other members of the team to maintain quality control of content, ensure learning objectives have been met, challenge learning efficacy and innovation, and drive consistency, whilst ensuring programmes always meet business needs. Collaborate with L&D and subject matter expertise as needed to optimise learning design and underlying programme quality. Lead a portfolio of programmes and support broader team activities, including content reviews, coaching junior members, and driving key initiatives such as the Learning Library and Learning Culture. Support wider L&D activity, such as Faculty briefings, training for facilitators and hosts and on-site implementation. Bring the latest thinking and innovation to develop high-quality learning solutions and advocate for change where needed. Senior Manager (or Experienced Manager or equivalent) with a background in programme development Audit experience / experience working in a regulated environment Formal L&D qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential (subject to proven experience) Focus on delivering high-quality learning interventions and business outcomes.
