Brockenhurst College has a fantastic opportunity for a Employability and Skills Tutor to join our team based at Basepoint, Southampton, on a permanent, claims basis .

(Unqualified teachers £25.64 to £32.35 per hour.) Quickstart Employment Support Services is a well-established provider of training to unemployed people in Southampton and across Hampshire.
About the role: As the Employability and Skills Tutor, you will support and teach candidates who are unemployed and looking to increase their opportunities of employment.
Responsibilities as our Employability and Skills Tutor will include: Responsible for planning and delivering Employability qualifications to a range of learners.
Responsible for maximising learner achievement and ensuring learners are provided with an excellent learner experience.
Development and maintenance of a library of tools to support learners' needs.
Meeting the awarding body standards for the qualifications being delivered and contribute to standardisation activities.
As our Employability and Skills Tutor, you'll ideally have: PTLLS Teaching Qualification Experience delivering Employability qualifications Experience supporting people to achieve qualifications Excellent ICT skills to support delivery Experience dealing with unemployed clients Benefits of becoming our Employability and Skills Tutor will include: Access to our Employee Assistance Programme provided externally to the College.
