Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage strategic and operational delivery of political party and campaigner registration, financial returns, and compliance checks.

Make evidence- and risk-based regulatory decisions in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment.

Oversee quality management systems and regulated financial information.

Contribute to directorate and senior leadership strategy, including substituting for colleagues as needed.

Build and maintain senior-level relationships with political parties, campaigners, governments, regulators, and stakeholders.

Lead, inspire, and develop the Registration, Compliance, and Transparency Team to deliver high-performance results aligned with strategic priorities.

Candidate Requirements: Experienced in regulatory compliance, transparency, and financial oversight.
