What you'll be doing Making outbound calls to businesses across a range of sectors Introducing services, building interest and creating opportunities Following up on marketing campaigns and mailers Qualifying prospects and booking appointments for the wider team Maintaining and cleansing CRM data to ensure accuracy Diarising follow-ups and managing your own pipeline Building rapport and long-term relationships with potential clients Working closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities Contributing ideas to improve campaigns and outreach There is opportunity, for those who want it, to attend meetings with customers and develop your career further into a more client-facing role.
What we're looking for Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, business development or a similar role Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people Proactive, self-motivated and organised Able to handle objections and keep conversations positive and productive Good attention to detail, especially when managing data and follow-ups Someone who enjoys working in a small, supportive team environment What's in it for you £26,000
