What this role is all about
We're looking for a Head of Events & Experiences to set the strategic direction for Vitality's events and experiences across the UK, US and Asia. Leading the Events Centre of Excellence, this role will move the function beyond event delivery to establish events as a strategic business lever, strengthening brand differentiation, commercial growth, employee engagement and partner value. With responsibility for a broad portfolio of high-profile experiences, the role will shape how Vitality invests in events, build consistent global standards and use technology, data and insight to demonstrate measurable impact.
