Head of Enterprise IT

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Enterprise IT teams, managing budgets, championing service excellence, and ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration across the international group.
• Standardise and consolidate IT platforms and processes, driving compliance and operational consistency while leading major transformation and integration initiatives.
• Act as the senior escalation point for critical issues, overseeing governance, risk, and continuous improvement to deliver secure, reliable, and future‑ready IT services.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, influence product direction, and support the growth of junior team members.
