Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on active strip-out/decommissioning project. The successful candidate will coordinate workers and subcontractors, ensure project stays on schedule, maintain health and safety standards, and report progress to project manager. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily decommissioning and strip ot activities on-site * Coordinate tradespeople, subcontractors, and deliveries * Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification * Monitor project timelines and report progress * Conduct site inspections and enforce health & safety regulations * Resolve on-site issues and communicate with project stakeholders * Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation * Ensure quality control standards are met Requirements * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Health & Safety certification (e.g., SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS) * Full driving licence preferred * Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Requirements: * Previous construction supervision experience * SMSTS/SSSTS & CSCS * Strong leadership and communication skills
