- £19.33 Work across our East-Kent Hub, covering areas including Whitstable, Canterbury, Herne Bay, and Thanet as a Day or Night Complex Care Senior Carer! Since 2006, we've supported families across the UK with specialist, at-home care for children, young people, and adults living with complex health needs.

About the Role: As a Complex Care Senior Carer you'll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area.

Location : Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury and surrounding areas Shift Pattern : typically 8
- 12 hour Day shifts or Wake Night shifts Client Focus : One client per shift Rota : Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program .

You'll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, preparing you confidently for your first shift.
