Lighting Technician Location - Bracknell Salary - £35,000 per annum Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm Job Type - Permanent The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Lighting Technician to join an organisation within the live events and technical production sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with a passion for technical equipment and a keen eye for detail. Working as part of a supportive operations team, you'll play a key role in ensuring specialist equipment is prepared, maintained, tested, and ready to meet the highest standards.  Key Responsibilities Carry out testing, inspection, and preparation of specialist lighting and technical equipment.  Diagnose and identify equipment issues, escalating more complex faults when required.  Maintain accurate records relating to equipment status, inventory, and maintenance activities.  Support the smooth movement and dispatch of equipment while ensuring quality standards are met. What We're Looking For Essential Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.  Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse-based environment.  Ability to manage workloads and priorities within a fast-paced setting. Desirable Previous experience within lighting, events, production, AV, or technical equipment environments.  Technical understanding of lighting systems or related equipment.  PAT Testing qualification or basic electrical knowledge.  Forklift, pump truck, or warehouse equipment experience. What's on Offer £35,000 annual salary.
