Role Profile:Working as part of an award-winning UK-wide Corporate Energy team you will have the opportunity to work on a varied range of transactions, deals and advisory matters including:Corporate advice,Joint ventures,M&AFundraisings.The team also has a strong reputation its work on community energy projects, often involving co-operatives, and on innovative, ground-breaking new projects.Candidate Requirements:Background in corporate law and/or transactional energy law.
