Job Reference: 1023 Job Title: Residential Day Shift Engineer Salary: £53,000 £54,000 per annum Location: Knightsbridge Job Type: Technical/ Engineering Working Hours: 4on 4off Days Only (7am to 7pm) Job Summary Were looking for a passionate and dedicated mechanical or electrical day shift engineer to join our clients team working on a large ultra-high end residential building in Knightsbridge.

You will be working direct for the building as all maintenance is done in house.

Key Responsibilities Ensure building compliance by monitoring statutory requirements and maintaining up-to-date certification and logbooks Manage repairs and maintain safe, efficient operation of building systems, plant, and equipment Deliver excellent customer service while handling reactive maintenance requests via Building Link and CAFM systems Monitor and operate building systems (BMS, HVAC, electrical, lifts), responding to faults, alarms, and emergencies Support team operations by reporting hazards, maintaining records, and assisting with emergency procedures and ongoing improvements Requirements Experience working within high end residential or 5 star hotel environments 5 years of experience of working as an Engineer with a relevant electrical or mechanical qualification (minimum C&G/NVG Level 2, Level 3 preferred) Excellent organisational and communication skills Right to work in the UK Whats on Offer 33 days annual leave No call out Life insurance Free parking on site Continuous in-house training programme If you live in and around the London area, this could be the role for you.
