We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a busy service depot based in Oldbury.

The Role As Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 and developing the depot, ensuring smooth operational performance while driving growth across service, labour, and parts.
Key Responsibilities Include: Managing the overall performance and development of the depot against agreed targets Leading, motivating, and developing a team of engineers and support staff Building strong relationships with customers, handling queries and resolving issues effectively Driving growth of the customer base, labour sales, and parts revenue Overseeing preventative maintenance schedules and service delivery Managing warranty claims, fleet servicing, and hire equipment Controlling departmental purchasing and stock, ensuring best practice is followed Ensuring high standards across workshop operations, vehicles, and facilities Maintaining accurate records and compliance, including health & safety standards Providing technical support to the wider business, including sales teams About You Proven experience in a Service Manager or similar leadership role Background within engineering, manufacturing, or a technical service environment Strong leadership and team management skills Commercially aware, with experience driving performance and growth Excellent customer-facing and problem-solving abilities Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities If you feel that your skills and experience meet the required specification and this is the position you have been looking for then do not hesitate in clicking 'APPLY NOW' Due to the high number of applications we receive, we are sometimes not able to respond directly to each candidate.
