The Opportunity You'll be part of a core operations team , supporting the movement of goods across international markets while learning from experienced professionals.
This is a genuine entry-level role with clear progression .
You'll gain hands-on experience from day one, starting with the fundamentals and developing into a more autonomous role as your skills grow.
The team is also undergoing process improvements and operational development , so we're looking for someone with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to contribute-not just follow instructions.
What You'll Be Doing Preparing and checking shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists) Supporting container bookings with shipping lines and hauliers Monitoring shipment schedules, deadlines, and deliveries Coordinating with suppliers, depots, and customers Communicating with clients and partners to provide updates and resolve queries Supporting the team in identifying issues and improving processes What We're Looking For A degree (2:1 or above) in any discipline or logistics operational experience
- 1 year Strong communication and organisational skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities A genuine interest in logistics and a clear motivation for applying A proactive mindset-someone who wants to understand why , not just follow processes A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn No prior logistics experience required-full training provided.
