Senior Consultant ServiceNow & Transformation Location: London (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Overview Were seeking a Senior Consultant to support the delivery of AI-enabled business and ServiceNow transformation programmes.

The role blends technical and functional responsibilities across ITSM, CSM, and HR workflows, with a focus on project delivery, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
Youll help shape and deliver enterprise service transformation initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities Lead workshops to define requirements, analyse processes, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Translate business needs into ServiceNow solution designs, user stories, and delivery plans.
Oversee delivery of ITSM, CSM, and HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Track KPIs and support adoption to ensure measurable transformation outcomes.
Skills & Experience 2-4 years experience in ServiceNow delivery, ITSM/CSM/HR projects, or digital transformation consulting.
Strong understanding of enterprise service management processes and agile delivery methods.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills. xwzovoh
Certifications such as ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or Business Analysis are advantageous.
