About the role
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Oldbury is seeking an exceptional Early Years Pre-School Manager to lead and develop its thriving early years provision.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate practitioner who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and is committed to delivering outstanding early education. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping children's first experiences of school, ensuring a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment where every child can flourish.
The Role
As Pre-School Manager, you will:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the pre-school provision.
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment that supports children's development and wellbeing.
* Lead, support, and develop staff within the early years team.
* Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
* Monitor children's progress and ensure high standards of care, learning, and achievement.
* Contribute to the strategic development of the school's early years provision.
The Successful Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
* Demonstrate effective leadership and organisational skills.
* Be passionate about providing the highest quality early years education.
* Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Be committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and achieving positive outcomes for all children.
