Grounds Maintenance Operative

Estate Operatives required to work with a leadinghousing association'smaintenance divisioncovering theSunderlandand Houghton-Le-Spring regions You will work as part of a two person team and will be allocated a vehicle to use for each working day.

The role: Deliver a high-quality estate service, responding effectively to customer needs Grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, weed control, pruning, leaf clearance and litter removal Ensure works meet required technical and quality standards Work closely with the Estate Supervisor to maintain service quality Promote teamwork, inclusion and positive working relationships Contribute to continuous improvement across the service Pay rate: £16.78 P/H paid weekly.

Location: Sunderland Houghton-Le-Spring Hours: 37 hours per week.7:30am
- 16:00pm Monday
