If you enjoy being out on site and want to remain hands-on, there is scope for a more site-based position. Equally, for someone looking to transition into a management-focused role, there are hybrid and office-based options available.THE ROLEYou will take responsibility for Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality performance across a range of roofing, cladding, rainscreen and fire remediation projects throughout the UK.Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviewsSupporting project teams with RAMS, risk assessments and safe systems of workManaging quality assurance from pre-start through to project handoverInvestigating incidents, near misses and non-conformancesDelivering toolbox talks, SHEQ briefings and site coachingEnsuring compliance with CDM, HSE requirements, Building Regulations and relevant standardsWorking closely with site teams, subcontractors and senior managementDriving continuous improvements across health & safety, quality and environmental performanceWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We're particularly interested in speaking with people from a roofing, cladding, façade or building envelope background.You could currently be a:Site Manager | Site Supervisor | Contracts Manager | Foreperson | Cladding/Roofing Professional | Quality Professional | SHEQ/H&S ProfessionalYou don't necessarily need to have held a SHEQ Manager title before.If you have strong industry experience, understand site operations and want to develop your career into SHEQ, full training and professional development will be provided.WHAT'S ON OFFER?45,000 – 50,000 depending on experienceCompany vehicle or car allowanceHybrid / flexible working optionsAbility to work from Clitheroe, Doncaster or CannockSite-based working available for those who prefer being out on projects33 days annual leave including bank holidaysCompany pensionProfessional training and developmentSupport towards further SHEQ qualificationsExcellent long-term career progressionOpportunity to join an award-winning and growing specialist contractorTHE IDEAL NEXT MOVE?If you're an experienced roofing or cladding professional who wants to come off the tools and progress into management, this could be an excellent next step.Equally, if you're someone who loves being on site and wants to combine your practical experience with greater responsibility for safety, quality and compliance, the business is open to that too.Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm Interested?
