About the Role
- Behaviour Mentor (SEMH): As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.
This Behaviour Mentor role will involve working with either primary or secondary-aged students, depending on your experience.
You will play a key role in managing behaviour, improving engagement, and supporting pupils to access learning in a structured SEN setting.
