Non-Contentious Construction Legal Director – BirminghamLocation: BirminghamFirm: International Law FirmPosition: Legal DirectorPQE: 8+ years’ PQEA leading international law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Legal Director to join its highly regarded Birmingham team.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior construction lawyer with an established profile in the Birmingham and wider Midlands market, who is looking to take the next step in their career within a sophisticated international practice.The successful candidate will have a strong background in non-contentious construction, advising developers, contractors, funders and other key stakeholders on a broad range of construction matters. You will be comfortable handling complex projects and negotiating construction documentation, while also playing an active role in developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.Local market knowledge and an established Birmingham network are essential.
