Benefits Competitive salary up to £45,000 DOE Day shift only – excellent work-life balance Stable, long-term opportunity Supportive team environment with experienced engineers Varied work – small batch & one-offs Opportunity to take ownership of your work and programming Role Responsibilities: Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls Create and edit programmes directly on the machine Work from detailed engineering drawings to tight tolerances Machine small batch and one-off components Select tooling, speeds and feeds for a range of materials Carry out self-inspection using measuring equipment Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency The Person: Proven experience as a CNC Milling Programmer Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls (essential) Experience within a subcontract / precision engineering environment (important due to varied work) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings High attention to detail and ability to work independently If you are a CNC Milling Programmer looking for your next opportunity in Gloucester, please apply with an up-to-date CV.
