Property Restoration Operative

Russell Taylor are currently recruiting for a Property Restoration Operative to support trained technicians on restoration projects.

The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.

This is a temporary role expected to last approximately 68 weeks.

Duties will include:
Assisting with the installation of drying equipment in water-damaged properties
Cleaning and decontamination works in properties affected by mould
Industrial cleaning using specialist vacuums and cleaning equipment
Working while wearing PPE including face masks
General site duties in residential and commercial properties
Manual handling and lifting as required
Driving transit van-sized vehicles to and from sites

Rate: £16.00 per hour
Hours: 8 hours paid per day
Start time: 9:00am

Requirements:
Full manual driving licence
Experience driving transit van-sized vehicles
Comfortable carrying out physical/manual work
CSCS card advantageous but not essential
