Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Hours: Full time (Monday - Friday 9am -5pm)
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (£55k-£70k OTE)

The Role
In this fast-paced B2B sales role, the successful Telemarketing Executive will be the driving force behind identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for outbound calling and prospecting, building strong relationships, and introducing modern communication setups to corporate clients.
The day-to-day focus involves contacting prospective business clients, understanding their telecom infrastructure, and scheduling qualified appointments for senior sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Telemarketing Executive, your core duties will include:
* Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and generate new business leads through proactive outbound calling and prospecting.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong rapport with potential business clients and key decision-makers.
* Solution Introduction: Introduce advanced telecom, VoIP, and business connectivity solutions to prospective companies.
* Appointment Setting: Fully qualify opportunities and schedule high-quality appointments for the senior sales team.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activities, pipeline, and opportunities within the CRM system.
* Target Achievement: Consistently work towards and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

* Industry Experience: Proven experience in telecoms, IT services, or B2B technology sales is essential.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of VoIP systems, broadband, or general business connectivity solutions.
* Sales Drive: Strong lead generation, relationship-building, and closing skills, with confidence when speaking to business decision-makers.
* Tech Savvy: Familiarity with using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
* Target-Driven Mindset: A proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to thrive and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
