We're Hiring: Electrical Engineer 🚨 🔌⚡ 📍 Oxfordshire 💷 £45,000 + Benefits We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management organisation supporting a large, high-profile public sector estate. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional building services environment, helping to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of critical electrical systems across a diverse and complex site. Working as part of a multi-skilled engineering team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services, ensuring operational continuity and compliance across the estate. ⚡ What you'll be doing: 🔧 Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical systems and building services equipment ⚙️ Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime 💡 Maintaining lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control systems, and associated electrical infrastructure 🛠️ Supporting small installation projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement works 📋 Completing compliance documentation and maintenance records accurately 🤝 Working collaboratively with the wider FM engineering team to deliver high standards of service 🚨 Responding promptly to electrical breakdowns within a busy operational environment 🦺 Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with statutory regulations and Health & Safety requirements 👷‍♂️ What we're looking for: 🔹 Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within Facilities Management, Building Services, or a similar maintenance environment 🔹 Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills 🔹 Good understanding of electrical systems and maintenance best practices 🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team 🔹 Strong communication and organisational skills 🔹 Proactive approach with a strong safety-first mindset ⭐ Desirable: ✅ Experience working within public sector environments ✅ Experience supporting large or complex estates ✅ Knowledge of compliance-driven maintenance environments 💼 What's on offer: 💷 Competitive salary of £45,000 🏢 Opportunity to work on a large and high-profile estate 📈 Long-term career stability within a leading Facilities Management organisation 🎓 Ongoing training and career development opportunities 🔒 Permanent position with excellent progression prospects ⚡ If you're an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for your next challenge within a complex and rewarding FM environment, we'd love to hear from you
