The role provides exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across both urban and regional markets.

The Role

You will be involved in a wide range of general practice work, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals (sales and lettings)
• Landlord & Tenant instructions (lease renewals and rent reviews)
• General commercial property consultancy
• Client liaison and relationship management
• Supporting business development activities

This is a varied role offering strong career development potential within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

About You

We are keen to speak with motivated and commercially minded individuals who can demonstrate:

• MRICS qualified with circa 2+ years' PQE
• Experience within a commercial property or general practice environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in developing xwzovoh client relationships and winning work
• Full UK driving licence
