Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO Further Education College | Greater London £30–£35 per hour | Permanent salary up to £50,000 We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Deputy CEO of a Further Education College based in Greater London. This is a key role providing high-level administrative and executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence, preparation of reports and presentations, and supporting strategic projects. Key Responsibilities * Provide proactive executive support to the Deputy CEO. * Manage a complex diary and coordinate meetings. * Prepare agendas, reports, presentations and meeting papers. * Take minutes and monitor follow-up actions. * Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. * Liaise with senior leaders, governors and external stakeholders. * Support key projects and organisational priorities. About You You will have previous experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, ideally supporting a senior leader within Further Education, education, the public sector or a similarly complex organisation. You will be highly organised, professional, discreet, proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders. There is options for temp to perm with this opportunity as well.
