Mechanical Fitter - Hydraulics

InstaStaff are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter with hydraulics experience to join a manufacturing and production company based in Great Bridge on a temp to perm basis. You will be joining a dynamic team of Fitters, and you will be working in a clean mechanical factory environment.  You will be required to build parts for vehicles, dealing with hydraulics, building around one vehicle every 1 – 2 weeks. For the first 3 months you will be working closely with an experienced fitter, shadowing and learing the job, full training will be given on all elements of the build. This role would suit someone who has experience in car mechanics, building vehicles or products that need mechanical hydraulics to work. You will be using a variety tools, including air, electric and manual with torque range settings, experience of using these types of tools is essential Mechanical Hydraulics experience and the ability to read and understand technical drawings via an iPad is a vital part of this role, so experience is essential.  The role of the Mechanical Fitter – Hydraulics will include: Following technical drawings via an iPad to build and assemble electric vehicles Use of various tools such as air, electric and manual Use torque range setting tools Working in a factory environment Operating tools and machinery  The ideal Mechanical Fitter – Hydraulics will have: Mechanical Hydraulics experience Experience of interpreting engineering technical drawing via an iPad Experience of building vehicles, cars, tractors, HGVs Experience in a similar role The hours of work for the Mechanical Fitter – Hydraulics will be, Monday to Thursday - 7:00am to 4.30pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm The salary for the Mechanical Fitter – Hydraulics  will be £28,975 you will also receive a £1,014 shopfloor bonus per year Benefits include, increased company sick pay, increased holidays with long service , increased Paternity and maternity leave , increase bereavement leave , and the free EAP system, social events including ice cream machines on site, summer BBQ, food wagons, they will also put you through your Bendi FLT licence and train you on spray painting
