We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Portfolio Property Coordinator to join an ambitious and friendly team in Exeter.
They don't just manage properties but are constantly looking for ways to improve, invest and create exceptional places for our tenants, guests and businesses. Their portfolio spans residential, commercial and holiday properties, making every day different and every challenge rewarding.
So, what's it all about?
This is a varied, hands-on position combining property management, facilities coordination and lease administration. You'll play a key role in keeping our portfolio running smoothly by coordinating maintenance, supporting tenants, managing contractors and ultimately, ensuring the properties remain safe, compliant and well maintained.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance
Building positive relationships with tenants, contractors and suppliers.
Managing property records, lease documentation and compliance requirements.
Monitoring maintenance budgets and contractor performance.
Supporting property acquisitions, disposals and improvement projects.
Producing reports and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Helping ensure the properties continue to provide an excellent experience for tenants and guests. About You

Proactive and resourceful, with a positive, can-do attitude.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a varied role.
Keen to learn, develop and continuously improve.
Confident using digital systems and happy working with data and documentation.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Previous property experience is beneficial, but just as important is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to adapt. If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen, you'll fit right in.
