About The Role

Hilltop Food Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the maintenance, improvement and reliability of electrical systems across its modern food manufacturing site. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient operations and supporting ongoing automation and control projects.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve electrical systems and equipment
Support automation and control system projects
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What Hilltop Food Group Is Looking For

Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Experience in food, FMCG or manufacturing (desirable)
A proactive, safety‑first mindset
A collaborative approach to continuous improvement
Good communication skills and attention to detail
