Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Fawley Refinery, Near Southampton Rate: £350 - £500 per day Contract: 6 Months Start Date: 3rd August 2026 We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major project at Fawley Refinery, overseeing the storage facility package under a JCT contract. This is a predominantly site-based role, reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, with limited flexibility for hybrid working. Key Responsibilities * Manage the commercial delivery of the project package. * Administer JCT contracts. * Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts. * Monitor project costs and forecasts. * Manage subcontractor accounts and commercial reporting. Requirements * Previous Senior Quantity Surveyor experience. * Strong knowledge of JCT contracts. * Civil engineering or infrastructure project experience. * Excellent commercial and communication skills. * Valid CSCS card.
