What You'll Be Doing As a Ward Host, you'll play an important role in supporting patients by: Serving meals and drinks to patients.

Taking meal orders and ensuring dietary requirements are followed.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene on the ward.

Providing a friendly, caring, and professional service to patients and ward staff.

Assisting with the collection of meal trays and keeping service areas clean and organised.

Following food safety, infection prevention, and health & safety procedures at all times.

Shift Patterns Working across 7 days a week .

3–5 shifts per week available.

Alternate weekends preferred.

Suitable for 20-hour visa holders and full-time applicants .

Shift Times: 7:00am – 1:30pm 2:30pm – 6:30pm Pay £12.71 per hour What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience is essential.

A friendly, approachable, and compassionate manner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work well as part of a team.

Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a busy environment.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements Basic DBS check required.

Black trousers.

Black shoes.

White shirt.

Constellation will provide hats and aprons.

Training A full induction and training programme will be provided to ensure you're fully prepared for the role. xwzovoh
