Hgv Technician

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an HGV Technician to join Nottingham City Council on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities * Service and repair HGVs and other Council vehicles * Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults * Prepare vehicles for MOT and safety checks * Carry out welding, fabrication, and body repairs * Respond to breakdowns and accident-damaged vehicles * Maintain accurate records and high workshop standards Essential Requirements * Level 3 City & Guilds in Heavy Motor Vehicle Engineering (or equivalent) * Full UK Driving Licence with Category C entitlement (Essential) * DVSA inspection & testing qualification Please apply with an up to date CV ASAP if this role would be of interest to you
