A growing and values-driven education organisation is seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join its team.
Your new role
You will work closely with senior finance leaders and colleagues across the organisation to strengthen financial planning, reporting, and compliance frameworks. The role includes leading on budgeting and forecasting, delivering concise monthly reporting that highlights key trends and risks, and helping to strengthen financial practices across teams. You will also contribute to maintaining robust controls and compliance, while supporting wider initiatives that link financial planning with staffing and organisational priorities.
What you'll need to succeed
This position would suit a proactive and well-organised finance professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing decision-making, and driving consistency across financial processes. You will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and bring strong analytical capability, with the confidence to turn complex financial data into clear, meaningful insights. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting is essential, alongside the ability to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.

What you'll get in return
