About the role

Children’s Registered Home Manager 📍 Poulton-Le-Fylde, Lancashire 💷 Up to £78,000 per annum (inclusive of bonuses) 🕒 Full-time, permanent | 40 hours per week We are recruiting an experienced Children’s Registered Home Manager to lead a residential children’s service supporting young people who have experienced complex trauma, abuse, and are displaying Harmful Sexual Behaviours (HSB). This is a senior leadership opportunity for a motivated, child-focused professional ready to deliver high-quality care, strong outcomes, and regulatory excellence. Salary & Benefits * Highly competitive salary up to £78,000 * £5,000 Welcome Bonus following successful Ofsted registration * Ofsted performance bonus – up to £6,000 per year * Occupancy bonus – up to £5,000 every 6 months * 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) * Pension scheme * Mileage allowance * Funded training and professional qualifications * Health & wellbeing cashback scheme * Staff referral bonus (up to £1,000) * Free on-site parking * Employee wellbeing and mental health support The Role You will have full operational responsibility for the children’s home, including: * Leading and managing the staff team * Ensuring safeguarding, care planning, and risk management are robust and effective * Driving high standards of care and positive outcomes for children and young people * Working closely with education providers and multidisciplinary professionals * Managing performance, KPIs, and regulatory compliance * Preparing for and responding to Ofsted inspections * Contributing to service development and continuous improvement Working Pattern * 40 hours per week, based on a fixed rota * Flexibility required, including occasional evenings and weekends About You We are keen to speak with candidates who: * Are an existing Registered Manager, or * Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in children’s residential care and are ready to step up * Have strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills * Are committed to trauma-informed and therapeutic practice * Are passionate about delivering the best possible outcomes for children Please get in touch if you have any questions, i hope to hear from you soon
