Area Sales Manager West Yorkshire Region Up to £50,000 Basic DOE Bonus Company Car Phone Laptop We are currently recruiting for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join a growing engineering business within the compressed air sector, covering the West Yorkshire region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with previous compressor or compressed air industry experience to manage existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities across manufacturing and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an established customer base across the West Yorkshire region Develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors Sell compressed air solutions including compressors, air treatment equipment, and associated services Conduct customer site visits, technical consultations, and solution presentations Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle Work closely with engineering and service teams to deliver high levels of customer support Achieve sales and revenue targets through consultative, relationship-led selling Requirements Essential experience within compressors or the compressed air industry Proven field sales or area sales management experience Strong technical and commercial understanding Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage both new business and existing accounts Full UK driving licence Package Up to £50,000 basic salary depending on experience Bonus / commission structure Company car Laptop & mobile phone Additional company benefits This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with strong long-term growth opportunities within the compressed air sector.
