SALARY: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE



THE ROLE:

An opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly respected private client team based in Hertfordshire. Recognised within the legal directories for its expertise in advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners and families, the team handles a broad range of sophisticated private client matters across both domestic and international estates.



You will advise clients on wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, probate and estate administration, as well as wider succession and wealth preservation matters. The role offers exposure to high-value estates and more complex family arrangements, with ongoing support and supervision from experienced senior lawyers and Partners.



Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you will build long-term relationships with clients while managing your own caseload and contributing to the continued success of the department.



THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor with between four and six years’ post-qualification experience gained within a reputable private client practice. You will possess strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, estate administration and tax planning matters, together with the confidence to manage files independently.



You will demonstrate excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and sensitively to clients from a variety of backgrounds. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to professional development are essential. Experience working with high-net-worth clients would be advantageous.

PACKAGE:
