About the role Tradewind Recruitment is working with Barnet primary schools to find a confident Year 6 Teacher for September 2026, available on a full-time or part-time basis. In Year 6, pupils prepare for the transition to secondary school while completing their final year of the KS2 National Curriculum. You will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the curriculum, with a particular focus on SATs preparation, reading, writing and mathematical reasoning. You will use assessment and pupil data to personalise learning, support pupils with SEND and EAL, and help children develop the independence, resilience and confidence they need for their next stage of education.
