About the Role As a Music Teacher, your responsibilities may include: Planning and delivering Music lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous) Teaching a range of practical and theoretical aspects of Music Developing pupils' skills in performance, composition, and listening Supporting students with a range of musical abilities and interests Assessing pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback Encouraging creativity, confidence, and participation within lessons Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies Working collaboratively with department staff and pastoral teams Supporting extracurricular music clubs, performances, concerts, or enrichment where requiredYou'll have the opportunity to work in different schools, allowing you to find the environment that best suits your strengths and teaching style.
