Solicitor Corporate Tax | Guildford, Surrey

A leading UK law firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate/Solicitor (2–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded corporate tax team in Guildford.

The team advises UK and international businesses on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including M&A, reorganisations, venture capital, share incentives, VAT, international tax and tax disputes.

The role:

• Advise clients on a variety of corporate tax matters
• Support M&A transactions, including tax warranties and deeds
• Assist with SEIS/EIS applications and share incentive schemes
• Undertake document reviews, case management and client communications
• Contribute to business development and the wider growth of the team

About you:

• 2–5 years' PQE in corporate tax
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a client-facing environment

Location: Guildford, Surrey
Working: Hybrid, with up to 50% remote working
