This role focuses on developing relationships with end users and FM contractors, identifying upgrade opportunities within existing buildings, and promoting refurbishment as a cost-effective, energy-efficient alternative to replacement.
Key Responsibilities Develop business with end clients, asset managers, and FM providers Identify AHU refurbishment and lifecycle upgrade opportunities across existing estates Build strong relationships with national and regional FM contractors Carry out site visits and assess systems to uncover upgrade potential Work with technical teams to deliver practical refurbishment solutions Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close Maintain pipeline activity and deliver against revenue targets Key Requirements Proven technical sales experience in HVAC, building services, or FM Strong understanding of AHUs, retrofit, or maintenance xwzovoh solutions Experience selling into FM contractors and/or end users Commercially focused with strong relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable in a field-based role Full UK driving licence Desirable Existing FM or property network Experience with energy efficiency or lifecycle solutions Technical/engineering background
